Brenda Rankin – Operations
Brenda is the functional and operational force behind Client Outlook. Since inception, Brenda has driven the growth of Client Outlook from part time dream to full time reality in just a few short years. Drawing on almost 15 years of experience in healthcare IT solutions deployment and consulting for multiple large industry players and government-based informatics initiatives, Brenda has experienced first hand the massive challenges that still exist today when trying to marry healthcare and technology (unite technology innovation and healthcare).
With a keen understanding of the common pitfalls that decision-makers find themselves in when signing contracts/current industry players make because they think they know how to solve the healthcare problem, Brenda relies on frontline/field experiences with ineffective technology to tirelessly/fearlessly drive Client Outlook to focus on the user at the end of the technology.
